The best whisky tasting in the world. Now that's quite the statement. But after taking it for the second time late last year, I'm convinced that the Cadenhead Warehouse Tasting fits that bill.
A 17yo Bowmore usually means good things if its and independent bottlings. It would be great if the distillery was able to capture some of that Bowmore magic in an official release.
It's become tradition for Douglas Laing to release a special Feis Ile Edition of their blended Islay malt Big Peat. This year they opted to release a version that was finished in sherry casks (a first) and bottled a slightly higher strength.
