Listed as a blended malt whisky, this most likely came from Highland Distillers (now part of Edrington), meaning there could very well be Macallan, Glenrothes and Tamdhu in this undisclosed Speysider.
As expected, this is another one of those excellent undisclosed Speysiders. Yes, they cost a lot of money, but are relatively cheap if you're looking to add a quality, well-matured whisky from a bygone era to your collection.
I have quite some interesting stuff to choose from for an anniversary post. But when two packages arrived shortly after one another, both containing what are modern classics for sure, my decision was made for me.
