Vinothek Massen, a store in Luxembourg, selected a 32-year-old Glen Elgin from the warehouses of Signatory Vintage, and bottled it exclusively for their shop.
I don't doubt that if Diageo wanted, it could easily promote Glen Elgin as a single malt. With long fermentation times and the use of worm tubs, its spirit is simply that good.
It's not often Diageo releases limited editions outside of their annual Special Releases, but back in 2008 they decided to release this 16yo Glen Elgin at cask strength.
