The Willett family finally opened a new distillery back in 2012. I was lucky enough to be in the neighbourhood of Bardstown, Kentucky, so naturally I paid them a visit.
Dalmunach will probably mostly produce for blends, but judging from the 4-year old cask sample I tasted, it will one day become a welcome addition to the world of single malt.
